02What we collect

Information you give us: your mobile number when you sign in or book a tour, your name, the number of guests and booking details, and any message you send us.

Location: your device location, only if you allow it, so we can show landmarks near you and how far away they are.

Device and usage data: device type, operating system, app language and crash reports, so we can improve the app and keep it stable.

Notification token: if you allow notifications, so we can send you updates about your bookings.

03How we use your data

To provide the app and show content in your language, to send a verification code to your phone, to complete your booking and inform the agency running the tour, to send notifications about your bookings, to improve the app and fix problems, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not use it for anything else without telling you.

04Who we share it with

The travel agency running the tour you book: your name, mobile number and booking details only, so it can run the tour and contact you.

The technical providers we rely on for hosting, text messages, notifications and crash reports, under agreements that bind them to confidentiality.

A licensed payment provider when you pay online. You enter your card details with them directly, and we do not store them.

Public authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

05Location

You can grant or withdraw location access at any time in your device settings. The app keeps working without it: you can search for landmarks by name or browse the map yourself.

06How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists, and booking records for as long as accounting and legal rules require [PERIOD]. After that we delete them or remove anything that identifies you.

07Your rights

You can see your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask for a copy, and withdraw your consent to its processing. Write to hello@athar-sa.app and we will reply within [NUMBER] days.

08How we protect it

We encrypt the connection between the app and our servers, limit access to data to the team members who need it, and keep what is stored on your device in an encrypted store.

09Children

Anyone can browse the content. Booking tours is for people aged 18 or over, or through a parent or guardian.
